I’m a Zurich-based physiotherapist and performance nutritionist with a passion for helping people move, perform, and live free from pain- whether that’s returning to sport, recovering from injury, or simply feeling strong and free of everyday aches and pains.
My professional journey began in elite tennis, where I worked as a traveling physiotherapist on the WTA Tour with players such as Laura Siegemund and supported national teams from Swiss Tennis and the German Tennis Federation. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of movement, injury management, and performance under high physical demands.
Alongside my work in sport, I’ve developed a strong focus on women’s health, supporting women through different life phases, from rebuilding strength after injury to managing hormonal changes and optimizing performance.
